This agreement covers the referral of the following prospective client:

The referral fee shall apply to any real estate transaction — purchase, sale, or lease — completed by the Receiving Agent involving the referred client within the validity period of this agreement.

• 1 Exclusivity. The Receiving Agent agrees not to share, reassign, or sub-refer the referred client to any other agent or brokerage without prior written consent from ConnectWithAgents.ai.
• 2 Payment Obligation. The referral fee is owed regardless of which party initiates the closing transaction, provided the client was introduced through this agreement.
• 3 Validity Period. This agreement remains in effect for 18 months from the date of signing. Any transaction closed with the referred client within this window is subject to the referral fee.
• 4 Multiple Transactions. If the referred client completes more than one transaction during the validity period, the referral fee applies to each transaction separately.
• 5 Non-Circumvention. The Receiving Agent agrees not to contact, solicit, or transact with this client through any channel that avoids payment of the referral fee outlined herein.
• 6 Broker Responsibility. If the Receiving Agent operates under a brokerage, the brokerage is jointly responsible for ensuring timely payment of all referral fees owed under this agreement.
• 7 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state where the subject property is located.
• 8 Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the real estate laws of the state in which the referred transaction takes place.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Referral Fee Agreement.
